This year, NCDM Summer will be a TABLETOP show, featuring
8' x 8' spaces and a decorating package supplied by NCDM. We believe this
more accessible format in a more comfortable hotel setting will greatly
benefit our exhibitors and our attendees. NCDM exhibitors will continue
to enjoy access to this very targeted group of database marketers, but
in a hall format which requires less capital and marketing expenditures.
Likewise, NCDM attendees will still have access to the top suppliers in
the business in a readily-accessible tabletop exhibit hall.
For each 8 x 8 tabletop space, NCDM will provide:
- a 6 draped table
- 2 chairs
- a wastebasket
- a booth identification sign
- pipe and drape
The ballroom at the Fairmont Hotel is carpeted, so you
do not need to purchase carpet for this event unless you so choose.
